LOOSSEMBLE FANSIGN EVENT INFORMATION

Winner announcement: 

Winners will be emailed by end of day September 28, 2023. Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to confirm their fansign spot; in the case that any winners do not respond or are found ineligible, we will randomly choose another winner.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMAIL ADDRESS SUBMITTED IN YOUR ORDER PAGE IS CORRECT, AS THAT WILL BE THE EMAIL ADDRESS WE USE TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU ARE CHOSEN AS A WINNER.

How to enter: 

Purchase of one (1) [FANSIGN EVENT] Loossemble - 1st Mini-Album 'Loossemble' (EVER MUSIC ALBUM Version) = one (1) entry into the raffle to win a spot at the fansign event. Once the application period is over, fifty (50) individual winners will be randomly drawn out of the pool of customers who purchased a [FANSIGN EVENT] Loossemble - 1st Mini-Album 'Loossemble' (EVER MUSIC ALBUM Version) from kloudkpop.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FIRST AND LAST NAME THAT IS ON THE ORDER MATCHES THE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE FANSIGN IN THE CASE THAT YOU ARE CHOSEN AS A WINNER. Winners will also be asked to provide government issued identification (eg. driver’s license, passport, etc.) before and during the fansign event. IDs will be checked before and during the fansign event; if the information does not match, you may lose your fansign spot. (Minors may bring official school identification cards if they do not have other forms of identification.)

At the fansign, each winner will receive:

  • A fansign spot at the in-person Loossemble fansign hosted by Kloud K-Pop and Guildhouse in San Jose, California on October 1, 2023
  • One (1) random Loossemble (EVER MUSIC ALBUM) provided by Kloud, to be signed by each member of Loossemble during the fansign
  • An exclusive WONDERWALL fansign photocard set

Fansign overview:

  1. The entirety of the Loossemble fansign is expected to last 1.5-2 hours in order to allow each fansign winner to have their individual time with Loossemble members.

  2. Loossemble members will be seated at a table inside of the venue. Each winner will then sit in front of one member, have their album signed, be able to speak to the member for 30 seconds - 1 minute, and then move on to the next member.

  3. Before the Loossemble fansign begins, winners will check in with Kloud K-Pop staff at a specified time, given a wristband with a queue number, and line up outside the venue. The queue numbers will indicate your place in line and the order in which you will enter the venue.

  4. During the Loossemble fansign, winners will be individually escorted by event staff into the venue in order of their wristband queue number. They will be escorted to the fansign table, be seated in front of one of the Loossemble members to speak and have their album signed, and then move to the next Loossemble member once their time is up. Once a winner has completed their time with the final member, they will be escorted out of the venue. We will ask the winners not to loiter after their fansign time is complete.

  5. No other events (eg. photo opportunities, performances, etc.) will be held during this fansign.

  6. There will be no video or photos allowed during the fansign. However, Kloud K-Pop will be professionally recording the full fansign and sharing the video with the fansign winners after the event. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in losing your spot in this fansign and/or being ineligible to attend future events hosted by Kloud K-Pop.

FAQ

If I enter multiple times, can I win multiple spots?

Multiple purchases for the Loossemble fansign event entry are possible. However, once a person’s name has been randomly chosen as a winner of a fansign spot, that same person cannot win another spot.

Is there a limit to the number of album purchases/entries?

There is no limit to the number of albums you may purchase or the number of entries. However, please note that you will not be eligible for multiple spots in the Loossemble fansign.

Can I bring gifts for Loossemble or other merchandise for Loossemble to sign?

No. Loossemble members will only be able to sign the EVER MUSIC album provided by Kloud K-Pop during the fansign event. Loossemble management has requested that no other gifts or items be permitted inside the venue.

If I am chosen as a winner and unable to go to the fansign event in person, can I ask someone to go in my place?

No. We will not be able to transfer your fansign spot and you will forfeit your spot if you are unable to attend. This Loossemble fansign event is in-person only, and each individual winner must have their government issued ID during the event. If you are caught transferring your ticket, you will forfeit your spot and may be ineligible to attend future events hosted by Kloud K-Pop.

Is there an age restriction for this event?

We ask that any winner under the age of 10 have a parent or guardian present to wait with the winner outside of the venue before and after the Loossemble fansign. Guardians will not be able to enter during the fansign. Any winner under the age of 10 will be accompanied by on-site staff when entering the venue for their fansign time with Loossemble.
