Pre-Order

  • Please note the product's "Estimated In-Store Arrival" on the listing page. These are usually 7-10 days after the product's release date.
  • Our staff will process pre-orders within 1-3 days of receiving the shipment of products in store.
  • Sales and discount codes are not applicable to pre-order items.

  • FOR PICK-UP ORDERS: Pick-up orders containing products with different in-store etas may be split in partial fulfillments depending on if products are available in-store already and/or products arrive at different times. If you would like to wait until your whole order is ready before receiving a pick-up notification, please email us or indicate so in the notes section at checkout.
  • FOR SHIPPING ORDERS: Shipping orders containing one or more pre-order products will be held until all items ordered are available in-store to ship together.
