JUNHEE FANCALL GUIDELINES

FANCALL PURCHASE PERIOD BEGINS 10/27/2025 - CHECK BACK HERE TO ENTER!

FANCALL EVENT TIMELINE

  • 10/27/2025 - 11/1/2025: Purchasing period for JUNHEE fancall event. Albums will be available online on kloudkpop.com 
    • One (1) album purchase = one (1) entry
    • Only albums purchased kloudkpop.com will be eligible for entry
    • There is no limit to the number of albums participants can purchase.
    • Participants will not be able to win multiple fancall slots.
    • Each album purchased will also randomly receive 2ea out of 6 exclusive Kloud Lucky Draw photocards.
    • After the purchasing period, albums will be available for pickup at Kloud K-Pop store OR available for US shipping.
  • 11/2/2025, 7:00pm PST: 10 winners will be chosen. Announcements will be made on Instagram, and all winners will be individually emailed with fancall event information.
  • 11/5/2025, 8:00pm PST: JUNHEE fancalls to take place over Zoom.
    • Each fancall will last approximately 100 seconds
    • Kloud K-Pop staff will be conducting photo ID verification and call quality check with each fancall winner before the fancalls take place

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Kloud K-Pop is not responsible for any issues caused by not reviewing the following guidelines.

  • When purchasing album on kloudkpop.com, please include in order notes:
    • Legal name of fancall participant (must match a government issued photo ID)
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
  • Only the selected winner may participate in the fancall, so please ensure all given contact info is accurate. Photo ID will be verified before the fancall.
  • Winners will be contacted on 11/2/2025 by Kloud K-Pop with fancall information. Fancall will take place over Zoom on 11/5/2025 at 8pm PST.
  • Winners must be 14 years or older to participate.
  • Albums purchased during application period CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED after winners are chosen.
  • Calls will last approximately 100 seconds.
  • Any inappropriate behavior towards JUNHEE will not be tolerated. If behavior occurs during the fancall, Kloud K-Pop reserves the right to immediately terminate the call and the participant will be excluded from all future events.
  • No recording or livestreaming is allowed during the fancall. The winner must be the only person in the room during the video call.

FANCALL GUIDELINES

  • Each winner will receive a unique Zoom link and timeslot for their fancall.
  • All winners, regardless of timeslot, should join their respective Zoom meeting link at 7:00pm PST on 11/5/2025 for the ID & Call Quality Check. Kloud staff will join each Zoom meeting at 7:00pm PST to conduct the following:
    • ID Check: Please have your government issued photo ID available. Kloud staff will check to ensure the name on the winner’s ID matches the name noted on the winner’s order and the photo on the ID matches the person in the call.
    • Call Quality Check: Kloud staff will check to make sure the winner’s microphone & camera are working well and internet connection is stable.
      • If the winner is not present for the ID & Call Quality Check at 7:00pm PST, Kloud staff will contact the winner up to two (2) times through call or text. If there is no answer by the winner’s timeslot, this means the winner has forfeited their right to the fancall event. No refunds or callbacks will be given.’
      • Missing the ID and Call Quality Check at 7:00pm PST does not automatically disqualify the winner from the actual video call. However, the ID and Call Quality Check will be done during your 100 second timeslot.
