IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Orders containing one or more pre-orders will be held until all items ordered are released and available to ship or be picked up together. 
2. Exchanges or refunds are not accepted once the item has been opened. Kloud K-Pop is not liable for any missing inclusions or manufacturer errors. Please note that if you are concerned about the possibility of damaged albums or missing items, make sure you film an unedited and uncut video of you unboxing your package from Kloud.
3. Kloud K-Pop is not liable for any lost or missing packages that have been marked delivered and scanned by your selected delivery service. Once your package has been received by USPS, you must settle any issues by filing a claim with the carrier service.

All ages welcome! Attendees are welcome to come at any time during the event, and all attendees will receive a stamp on their hand for in/out privileges.

If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a refund by emailing us at support@kloudkpop.com BEFORE 7PM ON EVENT DAY. No refunds will be given in the case of late arrival or no-shows.

• PHOTOCARD TRADING TABLES - Located inside Kloud and in our outdoor space, trade for your wishlist pocas with your fellow collectors from all over the Bay Area
• TRINKET TRADING - Got Labubu and Smiski dupes? Bring 'em to the Swap Meet and see who's looking to buy, sell, or trade!
• DECO STATION - Free toploaders and stickers available for all attendees
• ACCESS TO KLOUD K-POP AFTER HOURS - Come by to shop all new releases or find clearance surprises!
• SWAP MEET STAMP CARD - Grab a stamp card receive a stamp for every Swap Meet event you attend! Receive 8 stamps and get a $10 Kloud gift card.

Please note:

• Tables and chairs will be available, but attendees are welcome to sit and trade or walk around to meet other traders! Please be mindful of the space you are taking up for the event if you are seated at a table.
• Drinks are allowed but need to be placed in designated areas; they should not be on the photocard trading tables to ensure safety of everyone's belongings.
• Buying, trading, and selling are welcome! Please note that Kloud does not take responsibility for lost items or any monetary transactions between event attendees. Please take care of your belongings and be mindful of your sales!

FOR PRE-ORDER BENEFIT PHOTOCARDS:

• Please indicate your top choices of member photocard in the order notes at checkout! Pre-order benefit photocards are given first come, first serve in order of when customers purchase the album. While we cannot guarantee your member, we will do our best to match your preferences. If you do not indicate your top choices, your photocard will be random.

Each order made will receive a Kloud-made freebie photocard! Please indicate biases of any group/member in the order notes at checkout. If we do not have that member available we will send a random freebie photocard.
